The instructor was highly professional, knowledgeable and patient throughout both the lifeguard training and the first aid training. The content was delivered clearly, with a strong balance between theory and practical skills, which really helped build confidence in real-life emergency situations.

Whiteley Village is an Almshouse development for older people and it is essential that the pool volunteers are not only able to provide poolside support but are competent in administering required assistance such as pool recovery and CPR techniques.
