What Is First Aid at Work (FAW)?
First Aid at Work (FAW) is designed for workplaces where employers have identified the need for comprehensive First Aid provision through a First Aid Needs Assessment.

Can One Course Replace the Other?
No.
Although both qualifications teach valuable life-saving skills, they are designed for different environments and casualty groups.
If you regularly work with children, a Paediatric First Aid qualification may be required for your role.
If you're responsible for workplace First Aid provision, First Aid at Work (FAW) or Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) may be more appropriate.
