First Aid at Work (FAW) Level 3

The First Aid at Work (FAW) course is the most comprehensive first aid training for the workplace. It covers various CPR and first aid skills and equips first aiders with the knowledge to apply first aid to specific injuries and illnesses.  

Emergency First Aid Level 3

The Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) course is a one day first aid qualification that covers a range of CPR and emergency first aid skills. The EFAW course provides employers and your staff with the skills to reduce the risks and dangers in your workplace

Pediatrics First Aid Level 3

The Paediatric First Aid course is a two-day first aid qualification that covers a range of CPR and first aid skills specifically for children and infants (babies) – because their first aid needs differ from those of adults.  

AED Training Level 2

Automated External Defibrillator (AED) course teaches candidates how to give effective CPR and use an AED – meaning they feel confident if an emergency occurs and need to deliver lifesaving CPR procedures either in public or the workplace.  

Anaphylaxis Level 2 

The Anaphylaxis Management course teaches candidates how to recognize a casualty with anaphylaxis and provide first aid to an unresponsive casualty

First Aid at Work Renewal Level 3 

The First Aid at Work (FAW) qualification expires three years after the date on the certificate. Candidates must re-qualify before the expiry date of their existing qualification

National Pool Lifeguard Qualification Level 3 (NPLQ) Gen 10  

NPLQ is the most awarded lifeguard qualification in the UK and Ireland. More than 40,000 lifeguards qualify with the RLSS UK every year, and there are currently more than 75,000 NPLQ-qualified lifeguards across the UK and Ireland. The NPLQ is also internationally recognised.

PXB / Rescue Bored Training 

Qualifications include rescue techniques for no-board-available and yellow spinal board access as standard. If your candidates or staff have or will have access to a Pool Extraction Board (PXB), then they should also be taught the specific rescue techniques required for that board type.

National Rescue Award For Swimming Teacher & Coaches (NRASTC)

NRASTC is a supervision and rescue award for swimming teachers, coaches and/or instructors working during programmed activities, such as swimming lessons. It is suitable for teachers working in a wide range of swimming pools where the water is deeper than the teachers’ standing depth and meets the individual sites risk assessment.

Aquatic Therapy Pool Rescue Award (ATPRA)

The ATPRA is a pool supervision and rescue award for aquatic therapists and support workers working during programmed activities. It is suitable for those working in a variety of pools, including where the water is deeper than your standing depth

Water Rescue Equipment Training 

 Water Rescue Equipment Training to provide basic rescue skills.

This training is for any person who may be looked upon to respond in an emergency who does not have a statutory duty to respond, such as members of the public, staff at businesses near to water (e.g. bar staff), or emergency service responders who are not tasked with aquatic rescue (e.g. Police).

Manual handing 

The syllabus is designed to comply with the Health & Safety Executive Guidelines for Manual Handling at Work. It covers risk assessment techniques for lifting, lowering and carrying operations of objects. The course does not cover people handling principles.

Fire Marshal 

Fire marshal training courses are designed to educate individuals on fire safety, prevention, and emergency response in the workplace. These courses cover topics like fire risk assessment, fire safety laws, emergency procedures, and the proper use of fire safety equipment

Fire Safety 

The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 places responsibilities on employers to ensure all employees receive basic training in workplace fire safety.
